Class and package prices include all equipment necessary for practice (wetsuit, board, insurance) and supervision by certified and experienced instructors.
Sports insurance is incorporated into the costs of each class. In the case of just renting surf equipment (board and wetsuit), insurance is not applicable.
Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and can be done by phone, WhatsApp or via the website.
All reservations are subject to confirmation by Surf Wave Lisbon.
Students with outstanding payments are not permitted to attend classes.
Absence without prior notice or justification will result in a charge for the reserved class. The same applies to cancellations on the day of class.
Surf Wave Lisbon reserves the right to reschedule classes without prior notice if sea conditions do not allow them to take place.
The minimum number for group classes is 3 students.
Surf Wave Lisbon is committed to providing students with equipment in good condition.
If there is reckless use of the equipment by students, resulting in damage to school material, the amount corresponding to the repair will be charged.
Surf Wave Lisbon has a Complaints Book.
When contracting any service from Surf Wave Lisbon, acceptance of the terms and conditions is assumed.
